Q: What made you decide to apply for the Study in Shizuoka Ambassador?
A: I applied to be an ambassador for Study in Shizuoka because I was involved in a variety of activities and wanted to share my experience of life in Shizuoka Prefecture with people outside of Shizuoka Prefecture.
Q: Why did you come to Shizuoka Prefecture?
A: I have loved Mt. Fuji since I was a child. My seniors introduced me to various things about Shizuoka that made me want to climb Mt. Fuji. Because I thought I wanted to live near Mt. Fuji.
Q: What did you study at university?
A: I studied the Faculty of Human and Sociology, Department of Human Sociology, and Tourism Regional Design.
Q: How was your college life?
A: I studied at university while working part-time. It was difficult, but I did my best.
Q: What kind of dreams do you have for the future?
A: After working as a bridge between Sri Lanka and Japan and gaining experience, I would like to start a trading company.
Q: A word for juniors
A: I've only been doing school and part-time work, but if possible, I'd like to do other activities and participate in social gatherings and club activities. By doing so, I believe that if I can make many Japanese and international friends, I will be able to make my future dreams come true.
